You can join Mentor Lounge Hours each week from 4-6 pm on Thursdays OR schedule one-on-one meetings with EAP mentors throughout the semester.
Global Resource Lounge Hours
The Global Resource Lounge (Jenks Hall 100) is open every day from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. On Thursdays from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., EAP mentors host special lounge hours designed to bring our community together. Discussion topics for each week can be found here.
The first hour (4-5 pm) is a relaxed space where you can study, work on papers, practice presentations, learn new English expressions, or simply hang out with friends.
The second hour (5-6 pm) is an open conversation on global issues and current events, where both students, faculty, and staff are invited to share ideas and perspectives. Come join us, bring your curiosity, and enjoy learning from one another in a friendly and supportive space.
You can use this form to submit the global topics/news you would like to discuss.

To book a meeting with one of the peer mentors, you can click on their Google Calendar to schedule a meeting OR send them an email to set up an appointment outside of their hours, if none of the hours listed work for your schedule.
