Personal Statement(Required) In this space please enter a brief self-statement of 300 words or less explaining how your accomplishments relate to the Lafayette ideal. “The Lafayette Ideal is a well-rounded, educated member of the senior class who adds to a sound academic record, noteworthy participation in college activities and student life, which contribute to the advancement of the College on and off the campus. Academic brilliance or athletic prowess alone is not the criterion [for selection as a Pepper Prize Recipient].” Applicants can be creative in their personal statement if they wish (but it is not required).

Academic Activity / Award Please list and describe Academic activities in which you have participated or Academic awards you have received. For example you may list "Chemical Engineering Club" then designate the number of years you were active and in the description explain that you were a member for 2 years and went on to serve as Vice President your senior year.
Other examples of academic activities might include: National Conference on Undergraduate Research, Phi Beta Kappa, Excel Scholar program, senior thesis, Writing Associate, Tutor, etc.

Campus Service Activity/Award Please list and describe Campus Service activities or awards.
