2021 Pre-major Declaration Advising Survey
Students who have not officially declared their major or have recently done so are invited to take the 2021 Pre-major Declaration Advising Survey. The purpose of this survey is to analyze and obtain Lafayette students’ learning outcomes from their pre-major declaration advising (academic advising that occurred before officially declaring a major during sophomore year), to help train and educate advisors, and to refine advising training programs and materials. Please reflect on the advising experience you had prior to officially declaring your major and answer the following questions. All responses will be confidential. The survey should take no longer than 5-10 minutes. Thank you in advance for your time and participation.
